Our Cancellation/ No Show Policy

We will require a credit card number to secure your appointment time.

CANCELLATION POLICY.   We try our best to respect our clients’ time and we would request the same.   Missed appointments are lost revenue which can make a significant impact on a small business.   In addition, your reserved appointment time holds a spot for you that another client may desire.   It’s getting more difficult to schedule with Paula, and our waitlist is growing.   Despite the waitlist, a late cancellation is hard to fill on short notice.  Therefore, in order to keep the business as efficient and productive as possible, the new cancellation policy will be as follows:

An appointment needs to be canceled or rescheduled no less than 48 regular business hours in advance, excluding weekends, to avoid a $50 fee*.     (For example, a 10 a.m. appointment on Monday needs to be canceled or rescheduled by 10 a.m. Thursday)

An even worse problem than late cancellations are…

NO SHOWS.   We call you ahead of time to confirm your appointment.   This is strictly a courtesy and not a requirement.   When a person does not show up for their appointment, there is no way to fill that empty slot or replace the lost income.   The new, the stricter policy will be this:

If you fail to show up for your appointment with Paula, you will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.

If you reschedule after a no-show, you will be asked to pay for the service in advance.

A no-show for the Doctor will be charged $250*.

* 2-week recheck appointments with the Doctor are exempt.

The cancellation and no-show policies go into effect on October 1, 2021.  You will be asked to sign the new policy during your next visit.   We reserve the right to make accommodations for significant extenuating circumstances.   We know that “life happens” and situations can change unexpectedly.

Thank you
